We are participating providers with Regence and Premera BCBS and Medicare part B. There is a private pay option (club charge or HSA account) of $142 per appointment.
Dr Vanessa Kopaniak earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound in 2020. Prior to that, she attended the University of Washington and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health. She is a Washington native and grew up in Renton. She enjoys building a motivating therapeutic alliance with her patients and has a primary focus on restoring musculoskeletal function, improving self-efficacy, and enhancing overall quality of life. She appreciates getting to know her patients and their unique movement patterns to help optimize these strategies and get them back to the things they enjoy and love to do! When Vanessa is not in the clinic, you can find her hiking, horseback riding, climbing, and running with her dog in the PNW.”
Dr JJ Murphy has nearly two decades of experience in rehabilitation, performance training, and manual therapy. He combines clinical expertise with a personalized approach to care. He holds dual licenses as a Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist and is a Certified Personal Trainer and TPI Level 1 Certified specialist. JJ has worked with professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, MMA, AMA/MotoAmerica, Equestrian, and E-Sports industries, providing injury prevention, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation services.
JJ earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Pima Medical Institute. His holistic approach integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and performance coaching to help clients recover from injury, optimize function, and achieve peak physical wellness.
When he's not working with clients, JJ enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and kayaking with his wife and 5-year-old son, as well as playing golf, baseball and watching the Seahawks and Mariners.
