Jessica Brelje graduated from the University of St. Augustine (Florida) with a Masters in Physical Therapy.  She has over 15 years of honing her skills as an orthopedic, manual Physical Therapist and has a passion for finding the root of her patient’s pain and source of physical impairments.  Jessica's approach to therapy is to remove the soft tissue and joint restrictions and to retrain the full body, using stability with motion and functional activity to get people back to their lives, their passions.

Personally, Jessica is an avid runner and gym enthusiast.  She is always training for her next marathon, or series of marathons. 

Jessica continues to seek out professional education courses that will help deepen her knowledge of patient treatment, including soft tissue techniques and dry needling. In 2016,  Jessica received her yoga teacher training certificate, and uses it to focus on therapeutic applications of yoga primarily for those with joint replacements, joint pains and/or surgery.

FEES:

Medicare member = $20 per appointment

Non Medicare member = $135 (invoices provided for out of network insurance reimbursement)
